I don't think you could use them together comfortably. The Cyberskin doesn't really have a base, just faux-balls. With a harness, you're going to want something with more of a disc at the base for the harness.

The faux-balls will just get in the way and jab into your pelvic bone.

I agree...it really needs a base that the rings can wrap around and hold it in place...Not that familiar with cyberskin (not our product)...If it has a suction cup base, that usually gives a circle base for the rings to attach to...but if it's a heavy piece, it won't really result in any stability.
