Great question! I love my Inspire and wouldn't know what to do either if I needed a replacement cord. Luckily mine is fine though.

So sorry, I never received the message you sent! Please go to our website at link and click on warranty. Send us a message with all if your contact information, and one of our great Customer Service people will get back to you. We do not stock replacement parts, but there is always the off chance that we may have one floating around. Worth a try. Give them 3-5 days to reply. Al
