I purchased the Colt and I like the toy. However the cord where it attaches to the massager has become frayed so I don't feel it is safe to use anymore. I purchased it in April so it has been to long to go through Edenfantasys for an exchange or refund. Do you offer a product guarantee that would apply to the damaged cord?
