According to the size chart, it fits sizes 18-26. If you're in a DIRE issue, you could certainly do what I did once:
Find a piece of string/scarf and do your measurements. Then hold up the scarf (multiple times over, as once won't be enough) to one of the EdenFantasys Real-Size widgets to the ruler on the side of the screen. It won't be accurate because you're bound to mess up a bit (just because of how it's done), but it's do-able if you need to know if it'll fit. Most people have string/scarves/cords laying around at home that you could use too.
