I have had my eye on the Awesome Blossom glass dildo for awhile. I was initially attracted to the design, but once I read the reviews, it sounds promising. How do you feel about Doc Johnson's glass products in general? I thought I would ask since some of the Doc Johnson reviews here in the forum seem lukewarm, but I haven't seen much said about their glass toys. Also, could the Awesome Blossom be good for someone new to glass toys?

For a first timer, you will want to understand that glass is a very unforgiving material. It can bruise the cervix if not used properly, so you'll want to find a toy that will fit your body type. Don't get something too big, but get something that you'll enjoy that will still fill you.
Keep in mind that texture can also make the toy feel bigger when inside of you. I find that nubs make toys feel bigger for me than swirls or any other texture. Some find it the opposite, so start off with little or no texture and work your way up, if you are unsure.
Also keep in mind that some toys are easier to use with a partner than others. This nubby wand has a handle and I found that with my hubby it was the BEST toy to use for both of us. The nubs did provide a LOT of extra stimulation, too much for a beginner. I worked my way up to it, but toys with handles are easy for partner use!

All the companies that produce glass toys use borosilicate glass as far as I know, so just get the ones you like.

The Awesome Blossom is a GREAT glass dildo. First off, all our glass toys are made from the highest quality borosilicate glass, known for its safety & durability. They also all have very low thermal expansion.
The Awesome Blossom in particular has these wonderful ripples on the shaft that buyers have been very pleased with. I would definitely recommend it..

I do not have any doc johnson glass toys. I would have to assume that the quality of the glass would be the same as the other glass toys made from different companies.
