Well, I had to go and look it up to see what it is. It's already for sale on an auction site and the description there is as follows:

I have no idea if that comes from the packaging or if the seller came up with the copy on their own, but there's what I know. I've got a bottle coming, so we'll find out what the fuss is all about!

Nice Nuggets is a male grooming item. It goes on like a lotion, but dries and acts like a baby powder without the mess and residue. Put it on your Nuggets, and feel fresh and clean all day! Hope you like it!

Sounds like it is identical to, or at least a competitor for, the Fresh Ball products that have made their way around recently. I tried some Fresh Balls, and it worked very nicely. Not enough to keep shelling out $15 a tube, but nice.
