How do you go about designing new toys? Do you have a specific team in charge or do you all just throw ideas around?

When it comes to designing our toys we don't have a team. I usually sit down with Dariusz and we toss out what each of us may be thinking and then pick the best one that is not only going to work will the ceramic materials but function as well. I feel we take most of our inspiration from sculptures and we love to design, coming up with new shapes not seen in ceramic toys yet is our passion. We love it! Great question Thanks!

And I bet that's the beauty of working with ceramic...it must add a whole to "twist" to traditional research and development.

You are so right Adam. What could be better than dream up a design, make it, and my favorite, testing! Traditional R&D would get boring in this business, all great designs started with an idea! It also never hurts to work with people who are not only creative but share your passion.
