In handling the Pleasure, I noticed that while sturdy, it feels light without seeming flimsy. Your website notes that your ceramic toys are lightweight, hollow, or solid, but doesn't say which toys are which. What about the Pleasure? Is it solid, or is it lightweight or hollow?

Hollow and solid are pretty self explanatory, but what makes your "lightweight" without being hollow? Is it a different kind of ceramic, or a different way of making it, or is it something else?

I want to apologize for any confusion with the product descriptions on our website. Thank you for bringing it to my attention and it will be corrected in the morning. When we first started making our ceramic toys they were hollow only because we thought they would be easier to manuever if one could insert a finger inside the toy. That design raised many questions about durablity, therefore we redesigned our toys to where they are solid except for a small air pocket (1/4") which helps to absorb resonance of an impact in case the toy is dropped. This in no way affects the durabilty or strength of the toy during use. Ceramic is lightweight in comparison to glass whether it is hollow or solid. The Pleasure is
the new design and it is a very sturdy, lightweight toy. We no longer make any hollow toys. I hope I have answered your questions and if you have any further concerns please let me know and I will respond promptly. I look forward to reading about your experience with the Pleasure.

I haven't used any of these toys but my newest is ceramic and I can definitely feel the weight difference in comparison to glass. Pretty neat

Thanks for the quick reply! That really clears things up. The reasoning behind the (previously) hollow toys makes a lot of sense, too. Personally, I love how light the ceramic is compared to similar glass toys, they don't hurt my wrist to use them for long periods.
