Honestly, it might help with technique, but the point is always going to be your gag reflex and just how far you can open your throat vs how large the penis is. No book can help with these things.

I read it from a friend. I don't have a gag reflex that is sensitive. I do still occasionally gag, but have just trained myself by trying new things a suck (THICK ONE) and just not focusing on gagging. If you sit over a toilet bowl and look in almost everyone will start to feel sick. Its just nature's way of taking care of us. But technique the book gave good advice/examples. I am learning to use saliva more, I just hate to but I know guys prefer sloppy due to seeing it on porn and falling for it.
