It can be succesful if you can retain a bulb 1 3/4 in diameter. But that also shortens the dildo a little. For frontal- missionary sex, wearing it in your rectoum and pegging a woman, its not that staple. You might wantto run the long end through a jock strap or a harness made for men. Or one of the double harnesses with two frontal holes for support.

Super tightly whiteys can work, but a harness like SpareParts works better. The reason I like Spare Part is it holds and custom fits much better for things that reach around from your butt. And I do think More is the best choice out of the double dils. The bulb isn't any bigger, its a friendlier shape for the rectum, and the insertion end is longer than the other double dils.

Another thing that can help is doing the DP doggie style, so you're (more firmly attached) penis is going in her anus and the Feeldoe is going in her vagina (which is easier to insert into).
