I got my Little Honey in the mail today, put the batteries in + side down. Hit the button and nothing is happening. Am I missing something or is my product just defective?

Have you tried switching the direction of the batteries?

I would try switching them. Trying fresh batteries. I would also check the compartment for a piece of paper that might be blocking the contacts.

I've had this happen. Sometimes, toys can take a little tinkering with. Try twisting the cap tightly or even not so tightly. Make sure the batteries are fresh and try them in different ways. I had one toy that I had to shake to turn on the first time.

You know I once saw a review where the batteries did not make a good connection. In this case, the reviewer had a solution. She added a small piece of cardboard (I would suggest plastic for safety reasons)between the compartment and the batteries. Please note that she added the cardboard on the side which did not conduct an electric current. This cardboard sealed the space which was causing the batteries and unit not to connect.

I doesn't look like this is a review assignment, so if you can't get it to work I suggest checking out the Returns page and contact customer service.

I've tried switching the batteries around, various degrees cap tightness, and the batteries should be fresh since they came with the package. But still no luck.

Just because they came with the toy doesn't mean they're fresh. You can always get a bad bunch of batteries. Try some others and see.

Totally agree. There's no guarantee that those included batteries were fresh. Nip out to your nearest convenience store and grab some off the shelf. Hopefully you'll have better luck with those.

I don't know if this helps now, but the battery in my little honey has the + side facing me and the - side toward the vibe. Hope you solved your issue.

Mine go + side UP, not down! If that doesn't work, you can always go to a watch store to find LR44s or, to guarantee getting them for sure, you can either venture a trip to your local sex toy store, OR order them here!

The same thing happened with mine. I switched the batteries around and it works perfectly now.

I'd definitely say switch the batteries or use a different pair! Worth a shot.

Same thing happened with mine. Did you take the little plastic paper that said the direction of the batteries out? Got to put it back it
