If they were purchased from EF, you may want to submit a support ticket - you'll get a better response than you get here.

Same with Tori. The people who look over the forums are not who do returns. Submit a support ticket asking for a return. According to the reviews, though, the Entice does seem to be a bit glitchy which is odd considering my Lavish (which is the same thing with a g-spot curve) works amazingly.

I'd definitely third the suggestion for the support ticket, although I also got 2 that didn't function properly. I gave up on them tho, and went with a different toy

Also @hearththrob- I have messed with the battery housing several times so far. There is only the one way to put it in so I know I have the batteries in right. I also tried to make sure the connections even touched. I'll keep trying until I have to send it back again lol
