It can be cleaned easily with running water through it. However, how easily it can be cleaned depends on the texture. I usually flip it inside out and run water over it just to make sure I got all of it. Sometimes for a more thorough cleaning I use rubbing alcohol. Quite a few people that use the fleshlight regularly say it can help them last longer. It will probably fit smaller guys just fine especially the texture with smaller canals like the ultra or super tight.

I wouldn't say that my boyfriend has been trained to last any longer (thank god!), but I know that having so much stimulation can train guys. Like JR recommended, cock rings should help him last a bit long as well as wearing a condom would as well.
As for stamina, Fleshlight does make a Stamina Training Unit (STU) that I've heard a lot of positive reviews about how it increases how long they can last.

I don't know if Fleshlights can make you last longer (it's always fun to practice though, just in case) but they sure feel great! I been playing with the Lady Lager Sex-in-a-can Fleshlight and if your guy is smaller, he would probably enjoy that as it's very tight. Cleaning them is easy but does take a little bit of time.

I'm not sure it makes a difference using the toy. I mean, you could use masturbation to work on controlling your urge to orgasm too soon, but most of the Fleshlights are so tight, I would think it would be difficult to come back from the "point of no return" if you were deep inside one. You might want to start out with a masturbator that has more internal "wiggle room" and work your way up to a tighter toy.
