I don't have a dick, but my guy does. The Frankenstein one reminds me of someone having to have genital surgery, and surgery makes me feel sympathetic, not turned on. The Zombie one just reminds me of someone having an outbreak of a painful rash or something, which also just makes me feel sympathetic and not turned on. Same goes for the Alien, which just looks swollen and painful. This is all from the perspective of someone with a vagina, so people will penises may not have the same pangs of sympathy.
The others look pretty cool though. I would consider getting my guy the Dracula one or the Cyborg, especially. The Dracula is very silly and funny, he'd probably appreciate it.
