Fun Factory Delight not starting

hyperballad hyperballad
I haven't charged my Delight in a few months, and when I went to charge it today, it now won't turn on (ie vibrate). The light turns on (and stays on) but it won't actually vibrate. I would've assumed it'd just died on me, but the light makes me think something's up. Anyone have experience with this?

Hmm, that does sound strange. Have you had it long? You might be eligible to exchange it as defective perhaps.

It's been at least two years since I bought it, and since moving, I don't have any receipts or anything (I bought it instore) :/ I'm going to try contacting them anyways just to make sure, but I'm not getting my hopes up

Good luck to you. I haven't had any problems with mine, but mine is still new. Did you hold it down for a few seconds because you can't just press it to turn it on.

yeah, i've had it for a few years, so i'm familiar with turning it on and off, it's just not responding the way it used to :/

i looked on the fun factory website and they only hold a warranty for a year, so i guess i'm out of luck
