My Bimini Flash has gone stupid

I have no idea what's happened. I've had it for over a year now so I can't do anything about the warranty.

I had charged it and had it sitting on my bed, about to put it away. It turned on by itself. I was really confused and went to shut it back off, but the - wasn't responding, and I realized it was at the top intensity/speed (which I'm sure anyone with the same or similar toy, knows it turns on at the lowest). I fiddled with it trying to get it to turn off again, pressing around the buttons and so on and it wasn't working. It turned itself off at some point. Then back on. Then back off. (not touching it at this point) I eventually had to just let it wear the battery out and die.

I thought maybe it was a weird fluke and tried charging it again but the same thing happened except I was able to turn it up to one of the pattern settings, but that was all that worked.

Anyone know what on earth happened? I was so upset I cried, haha. I really don't understand what happened.

aw, that's awful. sounds like it's come to the end of its life use. usually when anything that uses batteries or electricity goes haywire, that's it. time to replace unless you can tweak it into working properly for awhile.

Most likely this is the case. It's unfortunate, but if our favorite vibrators never died and gave up the ghost, there would be no need for us to try new ones.

what a shame! i'd probably cry too, especially at the cost and expected quality standard from Fun Factory. From the way you talked about it, it sounds like it was used a lot? FF recommends charging the mini vibes once every three months even when not in use.
I'm crossing my fingers for you that it straightens itself out. If I was in your situation I'd probably try leaving it alone for a few days, and then try to re-charge.
If not... I mourn with you the loss of your friend.

The battery connection could have been dirty from the battery acid.
Sometimes things will malfunction like your toy did.
Sorry for your lose...hopefully you can find a new friend here.

Thanks. Unfortunately I can't afford anything new (at least, nothing of quality) for a few months.
