Rattling Fun Factory G4 charger / plug

I am guessing the charger still works since the light comes on, the rattle does concern me a bit though. Hard to say what could happen. Since the chargers are sent separately you should be able to order a replacement from Fun Factory.

It's rattling? That doesn't sound good.

Contact either Eden or Fun Factory directly. I know you can get replacement chargers. If it's still under warrantee (I think it's 30 days or 60 days with Fun Factory. But, I'd ask them. It's been a while since I had to send something back to them.) they will sent you one. Otherwise, they can tell you what to do.

If it's brand new, contact Eden. I know Fun Factory has the charger that can be bought alone, I don't know if Eden has just the chargers.

Do you know if EF can replace just the charger? I only received the package on 6/18 so I'm pretty sure EF would be happy to help I just don't want to have to send back the entire package (charger + toy) because I think some of the packaging already found its way to the recycling center and because my color is currently out of stock.

(I will open a ticket, but I already have two sitting in the customer service queue since 6/25 and I thought asking the community might be a faster solution.)

To return or replace a toy, consumers have 2 options:

1. Call the retail location where the product was purchased to inquire about their return policy. Most stores exchange products directly at store level.

2. If the store does not wish to replace a product, please send a claim to FUN FACTORY by email to contact@funfactory.com and the company will replace any defective toys.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Historically, defect rates on vibrators have been extremely low at FUN FACTORY. Should you experience a problem, please check the following:

1. Chargers: the FUN MAGNETIC PLUG (charger) is generally responsible for the problem. If the charger does not light up when the toys is charging, ask the retailer to try a different charger on the toy. If the light turns on with the replacement charger, the retailer only needs to exchange the charger

2. Batteries: if the product is battery operated, make sure the batteries are inserted into the toy IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, with the + and – poles in the right positions (as indicated inside the toy)

ETA: The chargers are OF COURSE out of stock.

ETA 2.0: Based on my conversation with customer service, I believe EF is not carrying the Click 'N' Charge replacement charger at this time.
