I also have a set of Smart Balls. I'm sure contributors would be happy to answer any of your questions, but a lot of your questions are probably answered if you read through the Smart Balls reviews on their product page; we have a lot of reviews. I have the Couture balls, and I like them. When I wear them and the little weighted ball bounces, it's a great reminder to do my kegel exercises; however, I don't think I'm tighter, per se. I already do kegels all day and I never delivered children vaginally, so I don't really have a problem with that. That said, Ben Wa balls are supposed to be more advanced because you have to work your kegels harder to keep two separate balls in at the same time. So I suppose it's a matter of wanting to relax a little more while still exercising your kegels.

I have the smart balls, but prefer the emigi. The smart balls are just too big if you're not very loose, like after giving birth. The texture coupled with the size of the smart balls makes them far too easy to keep in, but also difficult to get in.
