The 7 1/4 inches is the *total* length including the retrieval string. Don't worry; they aren't nearly that big. Enough one of the balls is about an inch and a fourth wide and an inch and a half long, so they aren't nearly as "large" as the measurements make them sound. However, the retrieval string is nice and long so you can easily pull the Teneo Duo out, so that's where the majority of the length in our measurement comes from.

Yes, I also read lauren's review on here so i'm not freaked out. I only know this cause most womens vaginas can only hold 4 1/2 inches to 6 1/2. Thank you.
