Is there a contact number for Je Joue?

Hi everyone. I've been trying to contact Je Joue since the beginning of the month about my broken Uma, but Je Joue has not been answering my e-mails.

I've searched their website, and I can't find a contact number, but on the off chance that someone might know of an alternative way of contacting them... Anyone have a contact number?

I'm curious as well. I think the charger for my Mio might be broken. I read the warranty info and they say they want you to contact the place you originally purchased from. If you bought your Uma here, I'd say your best bet is to open a support ticket and ask how to go about getting your Uma fixed or replaced under the warranty?

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread though if someone else has better info for you. Hope you get your Uma taken care of.

@SMichelle I looked at my manual for Uma and the box, but there was no number. Sorry I can't be of help.

I'll give that a try... From what I read on the website though, it seems like you're supposed to send in their form on the website, and then they'll get back to you about it. But, three e-mails sent, and not a single reply. I even found the profile for one of Je Joue's employees on here and sent her a message, but no luck.

I'll try submitting a help ticket here.

I haven't gotten a reply to the form I sent in on their website either. Although I only sent in the 1 form. I'm not really happy either with their service. I can't believe others have sang je joue's praises for great customer service, meanwhile we're both waiting on unanswered forms. And for you to have sent in 3 with no reply... well that's just plain bad customer service.

I saw that profile here too. Doesn't look like there's been any activity in a while though.
