I just wanted to make a point about Je Joue's customer service. I contacted them yesterday by email and have had a wonderful experience with them. I have Uma and Mimi and was having some difficulties with their motors gradually going out on me after a very short time even after fully charged. I ordered Mimi in November and Uma in December so Eden's return policy was already out, so I emailed Je Joue and they were very prompt with returning my emails. They told me to send them proof of my purchases so I attached a file to them and they responded immediately back that they would get replacements sent off to me and expect them to arrive within 7 business days.
They stand by their warranty and are a GREAT company!
