Je Joue's customer service is great!

I just wanted to make a point about Je Joue's customer service. I contacted them yesterday by email and have had a wonderful experience with them. I have Uma and Mimi and was having some difficulties with their motors gradually going out on me after a very short time even after fully charged. I ordered Mimi in November and Uma in December so Eden's return policy was already out, so I emailed Je Joue and they were very prompt with returning my emails. They told me to send them proof of my purchases so I attached a file to them and they responded immediately back that they would get replacements sent off to me and expect them to arrive within 7 business days.

They stand by their warranty and are a GREAT company!

Wow! Fantastic! how did you show the proof of purchase? dunno how to get those.

Just curious, did you have to ship the original back to them. Did you have to pay return shipping? Also, did you have to pay extra shipping for them mailing you a new one?
