Envy One - Charging issues

I received my Envy One days ago, and after excitedly breaking it out of the box and starting to charge it, I noticed that the LED light was flashing and not remaining solid. I thought maybe it was supposed to be that way, and allowed it to charge for a long time. The charge is supposed to take 2.5 hours, after 10 hours, it was still blinking and wouldn't turn on. I saw that XxFallenAngelxX wrote on the product page that she also had an issue with it not charging.

Is anyone else also having this problem?

I'm having a slight issue myself but haven't had the chance to sit down and play with it. I'd say it's time to submit support tickets for replacements!

I made my return request already. Now I'm having issues with charging my Pyxis! UGH! What's going on, Jopen!!!

I had a smidge of an issue with charging the Pyxis. I have to make sure the magnet sits just right and check up on it every so often to make sure it didn't come loose. Nothing severe, though.

Mine will light up for only a second as I connect the charger. It won't light up for longer than that no matter how the charger is connected. I tried fiddling with it, and it simply won't work. I'm not pleased.

I do appreciate that, but I'm confused why so many new products keep coming in that have the same issues. I would think such a well known company would have pretty extensive product testing before something 'hits shelves'. The ONLY rechargeable products I've been having trouble with lately are Jopen.
