How should I care for it to keep it in a like-new condition?
Hi there - what should I call you? Darling seems a bit familiar, and DD sets all my innuendo bells off. Dove? Yes? Okay. So, bullhide, like most leathers is a pretty forgiving material, and shouldn't need frequent maintenance. Inadvertent spills of various kinds can be wiped off with a damp cloth, and I'd pick up some leather cleaner like Lexol, available at your local tack shop, for anytime the leather looks a bit dusty. Just squirt some onto that slightly damp cloth and give it a rub down. The suede side, if it should ever need cleaning, can be cleaned with a commercial suede cleaner, though I would suggest that wouldn't be very often. Mostly leather kind of looks after itself; I know that sounds a bit counter intuitive, but you'll see.
Thansk for that review by the way; it was excellent.
