I have not tried any type of kegel balls... but am interested and Luna Balls seem the most versatile. Have any of you used them vs other balls/devices and which is better (& why )?

I have used the Smartballs Teneo Duo, and the Emigi. I prefer the Emigi because it's smaller, and the smoothness helps the muscles work harder to keep it in. The Smartballs are too large for someone that does not have a great "need" to get their kegel muscles in shape.

My favorite ones are, by far, the JeJoue Ami. They allow you to graduate between different sizes. The Luna Beads are my second favorites, and the Teneo Uno and Duo are good too, but my favorite is the Ami set by *far*.

I love my Luna Balls. The internal rolling sensation in the balls feels great, you can adjust the weight, and I don't feel they are too big. I love them.

wow, they do look interesting, however I was wondering about the balls inside the ami set, do you notice them move around much?

So glad you asked this question I was debating buying these but with some comments in the reviews suggesting they may be a little too big, or that they were pinching some people. I ended up opting for the Emigi as a starter as I've never used this sort of product before. If I like it, and notice a difference with my muscle strength, then I expect I will want to move on to the Luna Balls because, well, LELO! LOL They look really versatile and the storage is adorable.

My wife has these and loves them. I could feel a difference after she started using them. She has had other "kegel" products but these seem to be the most effective.

Yes, I noticed them moving around quite a bit. The lighter ones (Ami 1) (Ami 2) move around a lot more than the Ami 3 (heaviest one). My review on the Ami set will be up on Sunday.

I really love my Lunas. I can comfortably wear them all day, and feel them roll about when I do things like yoga, fast walking, stretching, etc. Exercising is fun with them!

I tried the Smart Balls and the Gyneflex system. The Lunas are the least intimidating of these and the sexiest/most atttractive

My partner noticed a difference after a week of use, which was way quicker than any of the other devices. I have pretty much zero complaints. I wrote a long review on them, but there are lots of good Luna reviews out there Have fun and try a few and see what you like most!

I have the Emigi, SmartBalls, and Ami. I like the Ami best, but I would love to also try the Luna balls.

I LOVE MY LUNA BALLS. I find that the two pink balls are too lightweight to do much for me but combining one of the blue ones with a pink one is really nice and for a hardcore kegel workout the two blue balls together work really well. Make sure you are active though when you where the balls. I find they work best whenever I'm walking a lot.

I got the Luna Beads recently and I'm loving them so far, they feel awesome when working out. I want to try the Ami and Smartballs as well.
