I have a pair of SmartBalls that I have been using for a few years now, which have worked fantastically for keeping my PC muscles tight. But I have been considering buying a pair of Luna beads (sometimes I find the SmartBalls a bit big and difficult to insert) and I was wondering: Since the Luna beads are a little smaller than the SmartBalls, would using them for my Kegels make things even tighter? In other words, if I can squeeze my PC muscles tightly enough to keep the smaller Luna Beads in, will that make a difference?

Ok, I don't know how much help I can be since I've never used either, or anything for this, but I think it would help make things tighter. I mean if you move down from one size to another size that's smaller and working them the same way as the other than I think it makes sense that they'd make you tighter. But I'm not really sure, no harm in trying it out though.
