#AskEden - Will EF be restocking the Icicles #25?

The Icicles #25 has been out of stock for some time now. I've noticed that there's no estimate on when it'll be back in stock.

Does EF plan to restock this item and if so, any idea when it might be back in stock?

I hope I'm putting this in the right place and that I'm using the #AskEden tag correctly. I'm still pretty much a noob on here. But I try.

Submitting a support ticket is the best way to find the answer. The Community will not know unless they have submitted a ticket about said item.

Since the glass toys are handmade, they typically take longer to restock than most items. You can set an alert on the product page to be notified when the item is in inventory.

I had seen the words "support ticket" before but had no idea what, exactly, they were for.

If you wouldn't mind assisting a noob just a little more, I got to support tickets by clicking Help and then "submit a Support Ticket".

Should I select "general inquiry" under "All Other Issues" to ask about this???

Thanks, Stormy. I did set an alert some time ago and I also knew that glass toys were handmade and had guessed that might be the reason it's been out of stock so long.

But I'm not sure if that's all there is to it, especially since it's been out of stock so long. If it's definitely going to be restocked, I can wait, but if it's not going to be restocked I'd like to know now so I can begin the search for the perfect next toy all over again!

We don't have an exact date of arrival for this item, again because they are all handmade. It only recently went out of stock and will be restocked in the next several weeks. Just make sure you check your emails.

Submitting a support ticket isn't going to yield an answer on this particular product.

I try to get up on the glass I want ASAP. It can go out of stock too quickly, especially if it's SSA or Icicles. I just ordered the Casper today and was surprised to see we still had some.
