The Big Boy will stay in IF you can get it in all the way. It takes me some time to get it in all the way. That curve applies a lot of pressure to the prostate. You have to do some wiggling so that it is comfy. You can put it in backwards though, the last ball will provide some nice stimuli. According to ScottA, the Butt Boy stays in good and does stimulate nicely as well.

I'd go with the big boy

I have both, and it's really just a matter of what you're comfortable with. Both toys are exellent. I used to use the Butt Boy a lot, but now mostly the Big Boy. You'll find both really good at getting pressure at just the right spot
