I really wish it had come with fitting instructions ,As I felt a bit stupid trying to figure out exactly how to put it on and have it fit . Please tell me I'm not the only one .

You're not the only one. I'm not sure if there's a "best" way to get the Joque to fit. What I did was open the velcro waistband and open the leg straps and step into it. I pulled it up around my waist and attached the velcro gently (so I could adjust it). Then I adjusted the leg straps so they felt snug, but not too tight. Then back to the velcro (it was really a back-and-forth process)...I adjusted how high it sat on my hips, and then folded the band under and pressed the velcro together snugly. A few little adjustments on the leg straps and some general wiggling...and I was done.
Then I realized I hadn't put a cock in the harness yet. ::facepalm::
But I found that after the leg straps were adjusted, the velcro waistband was pretty easy to undo and do again. I usually just release one side of the waistband so I don't have to adjust both sides, but that could vary with body size and shape.

yeah It came in the mail and I admit I didn't even have anyone in mind to play with I just wanted to put it on and strut about with my own cock . It really is an amazing harness .

You are not the only one!! We had a heck of time putting it on Mrs. Peg, got it on, figured out a better way, and perfercted the fit. Now it's awesome...but it was tough at first.

There is video (the one that convinced me I *needed* this harness) on Babeland's site showing one of their employees putting it on and adjusting it, she makes it look super simple!

The great thing about it though is that after you get it adjusted the first time, it's really easy for subsequent uses! ...Even if the first time does take some awkward adjusting and shifting.

My wife found hers a little annoying at first, but after getting it adjusted correctly (over a year ago now), it's her fastest and easiest harness to put on.
