I love that Spareparts exists but...

I love the company. I'm about to get my first (good) harness from them here in a moment, but the price is really quite high. Anyone else find it a little annoying that you basically have to break the bank to get a product that is usable?

I'm sure you could get usable products for much cheaper, but I have to say that I find Spareparts harnesses to be top-of-the-line products. They perfectly hug your shape, are very strong and sturdy, and are downright easy to clean. The price comes from the great quality, strong materials, and other aspects of the product.

Sometimes, products can feel a bit expensive, but I'm much more comfortable knowing that a company might need to charge a bit extra to pay their employees fairly or provide me with a quality product.

As much as the high price sucks I think the quality more than makes up for it . Not to mention Eden has some great coupon codes on retail me not . That's how i got mine .

The quality does make up for the price. I was lucky I got ours when EF had a 25% off sale. But it was the 2nd harness that we purchased, not happy with the 1st one. Love the Joque though

you cant argue with the quality, and every product on the market has one stand in performance (usually matched with a stand out in price! unfortunately) just enjoy what you got

I think you have every right to question the Joque's price. It's way overpriced in my opinion.

It is nylon/spandex! Those materials don't cost that much and are easy to work with compared to leather and steel. Plus, while it is machine washable, doing so will cause the pouch to loosen up faster and render the harness unusable.

I can see spending $100 for a harness that will last my entire life (like the Jaguar) but not for the Joque, which will eventually wear out like an old swimsuit. Yes, it's comfy, but that's pretty much all it's got going for it.
