This item is actually really nice! Very soft oiltan leather straps, and the pouch is made with his comfort in mind, oddly enough. Maybe because it was one of our male designers that created this. Hmmm. He was the dominate one in his relationship, as I recall. I might need to rethink this and have a lady design the next one... No wait - you can think of something to put him in - that is hidden side the pouch, i'll bet. The idea behind this design is limiting HIS access.

Well it should be fun anyway, you can try to figure out how to torture him while he is snugly inside the pouch.

I wrote the review yesterday. It's not up yet, but I'm happy to answer any specific questions.

I can't imagine how it could possibly hurt him though. It's simple leather, and straps. You're not planning to strangle him or leave him in it for hours and hours.

When it comes to "cock cages" this one is mild and flexible compared to metal or plastic. I'm sure he's gotten an erection in jeans before- only this time the lock is located at the back of his ass and he can't do anything about it.

Ah ok. I think he worries about chaffing. Is it soft inside? Certain cottons and fleece he's allergic to (he has excema) so is it lined inside with anything like that? Or just straight leather? Because I know he's allergic to those very soft thin fleece-like blankets with the stitching on the edges.

Leather inside. Made of leather, metal rivets to attach leather (standard on all leather that I've seen) where stitching isn't used, and a tiny little padlock.

No fleece or cotton. The pictures are great on this one. Take a look at them.

Well, when I wrote the review and when used it I didn't know the price. Goth asked about cotton/fleece.

I have to admit that different "textures" that can line the belt might actually be intriguing. Although not particularly discussed on this site/forum one possible material would be something that would hold upto a certain amount of watersports and not harm the leather. Another would be something like cotton or fleece where the belt would be expected to be longer term wear than would my husband would remotely tolerate. Something with rounded or mildly pointed metal studs to add texture and different levels of comfort/discomfort depending on the individual.

Also I'd just love to see an attachment that could add remote controlled vibrations or electricity. But all of them should be as "accessories" to add to the basic belt so that individuals can pick and choose.
