sizing
This is adjustable pretty far down - like 10-12" around. I would say you could easily get to a adult female size 0 with this. (We have a female staffer about that size, and she's confident that this will fit folks her size, although you'd likely have quite a lot of extra strap length that you could choose to trim shorter.)
