Yes Shellz, I am having the same frustration...I really do not want to put any phthalates in my body (well the ones I can avoid easily anyway) and want to know the real truth, as fact.
I have read that because sex toys are deemed novelty products and thus there is no law regarding truth in their labeling. Does someone on here who does not work for Topco have a definite yes or no?
I bought this product because this site says it is free of them (love this site's material safety rating input) but because of the contradictory info and the fact that when I opened the box it released a light odor(which is said to be a marker of products containing phthalates) I am scared to use it. I just might though since I trust this site and it looks like quite a fun product. The only reason I will use it is because it will be so seldom and I soon plan on buying a completely safe (I hope) vixskin product when I have enough to spend on something frivolous.
