I would say more likely externally. It -could- be used internally but you'd have to rely on the cord to pull it out which puts a lot of stress on it. Some folks say you might pop it in a condom to pull on that which is a better idea. Vaginal (especially shallow) penetration is something I would personally be okay with but I think, even with a condom, anal penetration is a risk I wouldn't take.

I agree, most corded bullets should be put in a condom if the user insists on using them internally. I definitely think using it anally is NOT worth the risk. There are FAR more suitable toys for those uses. This one is primarily an external toy.
