My lovely girlfriend bought the Raquel for me as an early birthday gift, thanks to the 25% off sale (along with the Fetish Fantasy Elite Strapless Strap-On). The package just arrived today, and I was SOOO excited to open it up and finally see and feel Raquel for myself! She feels AMAZING. After tonight, I'll be posting a detailed review.

I'm glad you're so happy about your new toy! I have never even tried a Vixskin dildo though I really want to. The price is what holds me back. I love vibrators because they make me orgasm on their own. A dildo won't make me orgasm on it's own, no matter how real it feels. Just like my partners penis doesn't bring me to orgasm. I suppose I could always use it and a vibrator on my clit at the same time.

They are pricey, but percentage-off sales can help a lot! I get your meaning, though, about not seeing the value if it isn't going to do as much as a vibe would for you. Especially since you have a male partner with his own "attachment" , hee. For the longest time, I was one of those women who only has clitoral orgasms, and though penetrative sex felt good, it never got me to the fabled vaginal orgasm. Things have changed, though--I think I had to learn how to have one! It feels much different to me than a clitoral one, but I still recognize it as a climax. Try really focusing on the G-spot sensations, and maybe tensing your muscles, adjusting your angle, holding your breath...

But anyway, if you ever do decide to try VixSkin, perhaps for those times when your partner is away or unable to have sex for a longish period, I would recommend trying it along with a vibe. It really is lovely to be able to choose exactly what shape, size, and texture you want.
