I received a personal email from Dave Reynard, owner of Knowmind Enterprises this week. I wanted to share:
"We were notified today that we lost our case at the Supreme court front door steps. They found our Patent on borosilicate Glass sex toys invalid. Said it was obvious therefore not patentable. Even though there was "NO" testimony or proof of obviousness from the defendant. District court upheld the patent as valid. The Federal appellate court overturned the ruling . Then the Supreme Court refused to hear it. 11 years we battled it. Its over. Oh well on we go.
