Glass is special... it’s so personal – being handled, often hand-blown, and usually each piece is unique. That is certainly true for XHale Glass. Their pieces are a labor of love – handcrafted and carefully created.
Kevin and his company partner Adam have been so active since joining Eden Link – emailing us with loads of information on the terminology and processes. Offering up information, trivia and feedback on the forums and making announcements through their Eden Link about how to choose glass wisely. These guys are so passionate and want to share all that they know. Kevin has been so friendly, approachable and transparent with us – we appreciate the relationship so much. It’s a dream come true to have such energetic and involved manufacturers on board. And to know the guys who make some of your favorite toys? Awesome!
I know I’m curious about how glass pieces are made. I wonder whether Kevin has been seriously injured working with molten glass... or how long it took him to feel comfortable wielding the wand. How does one learn this trade? What is the most difficult piece to create? My mind is spinning with questions! Go ahead, beat me to it – I can’t ask them all!
Ask as many questions as you’d like; you can even post about and link to the interview from your blog if you want to. Feel free to share your thoughts!
And...we know how you love prizes, contests and sales – so next week I’ll be announcing special XHale promotions, the prizes for best questions in the interview and maybe even some new XHale products we’ll be carrying soon – stay tuned for those details! I’ll add them to this thread and tweet them
The interview is open for questions from today (October 30th) – November 9th.
We are so excited to learn more about glass, XHale and this very talented man! Welcome Kevin and XHale!
