Wow, thanks Adam! That was way cool. It really is like magic, watching glass art develop in someones hands like that. I'd love to see more of this! I'm totally going to be sending this link out to a bunch of my non-reviewer friends for the sheer coolness of it. ^_^
This turned out so well, I had to wonder: have you considered doing an educational-type video? You've been such a great source here on the forums, it might be fun to have a "show and tell" talk on something that's important to you and to customers. Maybe... why borosilicate glass as opposed to soda-lime or simple tempered or other alternatives. We reviewers know it's safer, but what's that difference? If you drop different glasses, does one shatter more, or into worse shards? Show us what microfractures look like under the polariscope to illustrate why we should be careful with cleaning and storage? (it also occurs to me that this could work as either a video, or a photo-heavy written article)
Just a bunch of little ideas. I'd be perfectly happy just to see more making of the toys. As it is, I'm totally pimping this link around, because watching a glass sex toy being born? Is awesomesauce of epic proportions.
