Any responses in this thread would be very helpful, as I'm interested in this too. I sent back my damaged dildo and it arrived at EF Friday, 06/21/13, 11:10am, and according to the tracking page it was even signed for. I went to submit a support ticket but it requests that you wait 10 business days for the return process, so I'm trying to be patient.
I'm saddened by this. It's been my understanding that this is a rare occurrence here, but in actuality it seems rather common.
