New yoy went kaput

We purchased a gspot vibrator...atvthe end of July second nite of fun...it died...store wont refund or assume any responsibility so thought addressing with ur company may help us out we paid twice the amount u ask for in the store...almost 60.00..u have it for 30.00...definitely going to start here first...any recourse aould be appreciated ae love ur products.

Sexxicilla, I am sorry for your experience with the store you purchased the vibe at. Unfortunately, we have no power over their return policy, even though I understand how frustrated you must feel.

As you said in your post, please start here first! Should anything go wrong, we have a great customer service department that's always available to answer any questions and replace faulty items.
