Received a toy that I purchased for my husband (Nexus Vibro). The vibrations do not work. It acts like it wants to start vibrating (like one short buzz) but then doesn't work. How do I return this since (TMI) it was used before we realized the vibration didn't turn on.
Do I have the option of getting a refund instead of an exchange? For such an expensive toy, I don't want to chance getting another defective one - we decided to purchase something else locally when this one didn't work.
