Lately, I've been getting a lot of leaking products. But, most of them don't seem to be worth the hassle of requesting a replacement.

I only request if its all gone or so far gone that id have to buy ane wone in aday or so

Never got one that leaked but most, if not all, had a safety seal on them. So in that case I would surely send it back, never know what may have found its way in there. If it was something that did not have the seal, it would depend on how much leaked out.

I've only received one leaking product. But not much had gone (it was mostly just slippery on the outside) so I didn't ask for another one.

Thankfully I haven't had anything leak yet. If it leaked a significant amount of product, I'd definitely ask for a replacement. If it was just a small amount, I wouldn't worry about it.

I've ordered a few lubes but I've never had this problem. If I did find it leaked significantly I would request a replacement.

If it came to me leaked, probably. But I've never had this issue. Only time I've had leaking issues is after I already opened them. And that to me is just a crappy container, not the shipping's fault. If it leaks too much I just put it in a new container.

I have ordered 4 lubes from Eden and non of mine have leaked. I am sorry this happened to you. For me personally it would depend on how much leaked and how much I payed as far as requesting a replacement.
