I see you have submitted a support ticket on the matter and I'm disappointed on your behalf that you'll have to wait to get the replacement.
If you don't mind me asking, what did you order?
We have a few sizes of standard boxes and I know we choose one of the larger ones for international shipments because of the damage they might receive in transit. I have had orders come in and the item I wanted was wrapped in the packing paper itself. This specifically happens with lubes and smaller items.
I hope this is resolved soon enough for you! I know how frustrating it can be to have to wait.
