I made an order just over a week ago, and I wasn't in a huge rush to get the items, so i hadn't checked the USPS tracking code too obsessively. I saw it had been sent on the 21st, and had just presumed USPS had been taking a long time. I checked the tracking code this morning, and it said it had been delivered o the 23rd, but i can assure you it hasn't... or i wouldn't be moaning about USPS!

Is there a chance USPS just haven't had time to deliver it yet and it was accidentally scanned as delivered? I really have no idea what to do.

Do i contact USPS to enquire this with them? Or do i speak to eden.

Is there anything I/Eden can do?

USPS is usually pretty good. I'd submit a ticket to them or track your order, like others said.

Hey Guys!
If you see USPS tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please make sure to check with any neighbors or in any kind of Leasing Offices or Common Areas if you have those! If there's still no sign of the package just call us or send in a Support Ticket and we will start looking into the best way to resolve the situation for you! If you're just not sure about anything, go ahead and ask! We're here to help!

Thanks for your help guys, i've asked around, and nobody has seen the parcel, so i'll make a support ticket to Eden now, and hopefully they'll contact USPS and resolve any issues

Happened to me too. Never got product I bought with my points. Never got reimbursed. Oh well...
