Package arriving late this has happened several times

Sounds like an issue with USPS, not Eden. All of the information prints from file, so unless you've changed your address recently it would have been the same on each order. I did have one package that was misdirected, but I got it the same day.

I think USPS is having issues lately. I order stuff (makeup and such) from all over the place. My tracking on EVERYTHING has been off the last few weeks. It's awful! I track like a hawk. Some days my app just says "info unavailable" and others it's days behind. Things that should arrive on Monday don't come until Wednesday. It's USPS, not Eden.

The items I ordered on Thanksgiving (almost as soon as the Black Friday sale went up) - arrived on time yesterday. However, the items I wound up ordering on Friday and Saturday are still having problems with the tracking number. I suspect it has a lot to do with the post office (although I am hoping they'll make it here tomorrow as stated).

I think its important to remember that right now is the holiday season and packages are just naturally gonna take longer/have more issues because the USPS is handling so many packages!!

I'm now just automatically adding an extra day - or two to when I should expect my package.

I agree, the shipping misrouting are a service provider not an EF issue.

Black friday orders from every store are all crazy right now. I think the usps is just overwhelmed. Im still waiting for my thanksgiving order but Im not too worried, I just think they are busy down at the post office.

Thanks everybody I feel much better about it now. It wasn't until I started reading the responses that I happened to remember packages do usually take longer this time of year. I didn't even think about the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales adding to the usual holiday madness we get each time this year with the post office.

I hope my package shows up tomorrow instead of Thursday and Friday since we will be gone when the mail arrives those two days.

I also didn't even think about it being the Post Office's fault and not Eden's I just checked the tracking and it should be here tomorrow. Since it was processed through the Atlanta facility. When it says that I always get it the next business day unless it is a holiday or something.

I'm noticing this problem also. I placed an order on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of November. The 24th order still says its in Atlanta, and i'm in Wisconsin, its now 11/30, well, 54 minutes from it anyways. So, i'm not really sure where my packages are, but it seems like it might take 1-2weeks to get them.

I'm sure it's just holiday online shopping overload and with all the USPS financial issues and laying off workers. Just hope they make it here all in one piece sometime before Dec 4th.

We have been noticing delays with USPS around the time frames you're referencing. There was even an instance of a UPS truck not making a pick up on Friday like we anticipated from them.

If you ever want to know what's going on with the status of an order, you can always call us at CS so we can work over the phone with you toward some resolution. We do apologize for the delays on USPS/UPS's part, and just let us know what's going on by phone or by ticket so we can work together.

We are in the holiday season right now, so just keep communicating with us by phone or ticket so we can know when/how to resolve what's happening.
