Why am I not able to track and my delivery date keeps changing to a longer date?

I placed an order on the 1st of august and took advantage of the free shipping of over $25.Usually I wait and get everything once a month with my assignment. Anyways my delivery date keeps changing everyday to the next day! As of today I am still unable to track my order still (it says page unavailable) and my expected delivery date isnt until friday the 17th of august! Yesterday I tried checking and it said the 15th of august! Why in the world would it take 2 weeks for shipping and keeps getting longer?And why cant I track it when normally I can see exactly where my order is and Ive never had any issues with it??Im excited and want my order but am so bummed its taking so long!I wish I paid the extra for shipping or just waited.

I had trouble with tracking two of mine that were sent by sure post...the same thing with the dates also kept happening. I got my packages really quickly though...sooner than my monthly review item, which was sent priority. I was able to track my sure post packages from the UPS website directly. Just go to ups.com and copy and paste the tracking number into the window. Hope this helps and that you get your goodies soon!

This is why there was such an uproar about the Surepost options hahaha. Luckily I don't have that option and HAVE to get priority, and it's not a big deal because I always either spend over $70 an order or have an assignment in there. I'd recommend waiting for an assignment or spending enough to get another kind of shipping.

This happened to me, and I waited over a month!! Finally I did a support ticket and they said it wasn't ever going to ship because it was out of stock at that point and now being discontinued... Does it show either of these on the product page? If so, you might be in the same boat as me. Contact the support ticket, and get refunded if you already paid.

thank you..I followed what someone else told me to do and was able to track it through UPS and it made it to my local post office.Thank you ...Ive never had shipping this way and was so confused on why it would take so long

I noticed this with my Surepost packages. It's like the Link is broken. I will message Stormy about it. I can track it fine with the number through UPS though.

This is happening to me as well. I submitted a support ticket. I thought it was because they were getting too many orders from the Labor day sale. Hope my item's not being discontinued.
