I recently got an order shipped to me with one of the free gifts--and two little packets of cream that I didn't order. I was just wondering, does EF throw in stuff like this randomly sometimes, or was this a shipping error? I haven't been able to find the products in the online catalogue. I assume they weren't sent in so that I could review them, since they're not listed on the website.
Has this happened to you?

i'd make a support ticket about it. i've made alot of orders and this has never happened. they usually don't send you anything you dont' specifically request, and even assignments have to be actively accepted and requested to be shipped.
