Did the carrier's tracking info said it was delivered? Do you have a locked mailbox or does the delivery guy normally just drop it at your front door? You've got to list more information and message Eden's customer service about the problem.

First, was it sent via UPS or USPS? I would call the company that was in charge of delivering your package and see what's up. You can find your tracking number by going here link and clicking on Order: Status, Changes, Returns.

You can then submit a support ticket to EF if that doesn't get you your answer.

The first question is WHERE it says it was delivered: does it say, for example, "fd" or "front door" because sometimes they'll mark that, even if they leave it at a side or back door. Does it say, "met customer woman"? Because that means it was actually given to a person.

No matter what it says, I'd check all the normal places (front door, side door, hidden off to the side under bushes, on porch swings) because sometimes UPS/USPS/FedEx drivers get creative when they leave packages. If you still can't find it, you can give them a call and see if they have more info, and then maybe start a trace investigation to try to locate your box.

I had a package stolen off of my porch before so I hate the feeling of not knowing where the package went. If you weren't home they might have taken it back to the post office and you'll have to go pick it up.
