The We-Vibe company is currently in court, being sued by Lelo for using the patent that Lelo bought for their remote. If I were anyone looking to buy, I'd wait until the We-Vibe 4 comes out on 11-11-13 because it has a new, stronger, better remote and other changes, but is similar. As for the 3, people have complained about the short range for the remote, so take all that into consideration.

In similar news We-vibe just won their court case against Lelo for copyright infringement and so Lelo has had to discontinue the Tiani, Tiani 2, Noa and Mahana!

Damn. I already bought it. How bad is the remote? We were just planning to use it out at dinner and the like. Crazy how heated the legal environment can be for stuff like this.
