oh... and sometimes never. then it just goes to discontinued, and it is super sad!!

It just varies. I think it has more to do with how long it takes the suppliers to ship than it does with eden. When there is something out of stock that I really want I usually set an alert so I will know as soon as it is availible again. And like Petite Valentine suggests when you want more information about the availibility date so you can better plan your purchases open a support ticket.

It's frustrating, yes. I try to have backup items for everything I like in mind. It may not be the same, but perhaps close. You can always request items be returned and maybe if enough people want them, they will bring them back.
