I literally have no idea why they would put aloe in a toy cleaner other than as a marketing gimmick. Aloe is great for soothing the skin after sunburn, reducing redness and inflammation, and helping the healing process, but not of that is relevant in a toy cleaner.
The main review says that they put aloe in instead of alcohol, which really doesn't make sense to me. They tend to work against each other. I suspect that this, like most "aloe vera based" products, only has a very very small percentage (I'm guessing because I can't find a full ingredients list) of it and doesn't actually do anything.
Side note, if you're going to actually use aloe vera, get something with the highest concentration possible, no alcohol and no parabens. I use Jason's Aloe Vera Gel on my face, which has 98% aloe vera content.
